We’re The Velvet Zebra — a pair of chainmaille artists and creative storytellers based in the Pacific Northwest. We make handcrafted metal jewelry inspired by historical weaves, practical craftsmanship, and the imaginative worlds we love.
Every piece is built from real anodized aluminum rings, chosen for their durability, color, and lightweight feel. Our work draws from Viking and Medieval influences, but we design for modern wearers — people who enjoy cosplay, performance, everyday statement pieces, or simply expressing their own strength and style.
